Grouse grind #6

My 6th grind and it doesn't get easier. My time w 10lb weight:


My goal is to beat 55 mins w the weight and without to beat 50 mins by the end of the summer!

Burnaby lake run


Burnt almost 900 cal running around Burnaby lake yesterday. About a 10 k run, very beautiful and much better than running near traffic

My best time while wearing a 10 lb weight belt. Goal is to beat 50 minutes! I wonder how many calories you burn doing this?
